Brooklyn is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. This tire shop used to be good, but my recent experience was disappointing. The only reason I would ever come back is because of Letty. He's a great guy very respectful, helpful, and he got us four tires at a very affordable price. His customer service is excellent. Unfortunately, Letty was on vacation when we returned to have the tires installed. The workers started removing the front two tires then sent us to AutoZone to get the correct tools. When we came back, the short, light-skinned younger employee said it was "too much work" and didn't seem interested in finishing the job. The service was lazy and unprofessional. We still had to pay the full price! I wouldn't recommend this place unless Letty is there. He's the only one who truly cares about helping customers.

Kevin was amazing! I came in to get my tires changed, and he had everything done quickly and efficiently. He was professional, friendly, and even took the time to help me with a few things he didn’t have to. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Great service from start to finish. I highly recommend asking for Kevin if you need anything done—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Needed tires ASAP and these guys came through. Good prices, quick service, and no BS. They got me in and out fast, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done right. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. Definitely my go-to tire shop from now on. Highly recommend.

Quick, fast easy and affordable. Got me in and out on a Sunday evening at a price that competed with every other shop. Also, they were the only ones that had my tire size for that price, used condition and still excellent!

All of a sudden I got flat tires and none of the gas stations could help with air pressure but these guys helped me immediately. I also didn’t have cash and they just filled it up out of the goodness of their heart - thank you so much!!
